Dear Sports Fans...or at least that's how my dad thinks our entry should begin. If you're a fan of winter sports of any type, this is certainly the place to be! Nothing says 'fun' like piling nine people into a chalet along with a week's worth of food, winter clothing, toys, books, movies, skis, boots...and one toilet. We couldn't be happier waking each day to incredible views of God's creation here in Villeneuve. Villeneuve is one of four neighboring towns (along with Briançon, Chantemerle, and Le Monêtier Les Bains) that spill one into another creating one huge ski domain called Serre Chevalier (scroll down to check out 'webcams' or click the British flag to translate the site into English).
Our time here is en famille, so along with Austin and Jennifer, our pictures might also include our French family and extended family: Fredo and Laure with their two children Meven (11 years old) and Melle (4 years old). Meven is my mother's godson and Melle is my dad's goddaughter. Stefan is a family friend who is on winter break from international studies. He is to thank for the beautiful panoramic pictures you (will) see!
